Chrysalis I

"Chrysalis." Is a painting is inspired by the incredible process of metamorphosis, where a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. In this piece, you'll see women enclosed in chrysalis cocoons, undergoing a profound transformation. The butterflies are a powerful symbol of rebirth and renewal, as these women shed their old selves and emerge as something entirely new.

“Chrysalis I” was challenging me for the complexity of the draw and it became one of my favourites pieces.
